U.S. Department of the Treasury
Hercules Custom Iron gave the treasury a hand by refurbishing its existing gates with the addition off stiffeners, weld fixes, sandblasting and powder coating. We re-welded the gates back in place and they sit guarding the treasury right now. It’s a tall order to guard the country’s most important financial institution, but someone has to do it!
Carderock Naval Base/United States Naval Observatory
Between these two facilities we installed just under four miles of 10 foot high steel ornamental fencing. In total, the project used over one million pounds of steel, with each panel weighing in at almost 450 pounds.
Washington, D.C. Embassies
Hercules Custom Iron worked on fences for both the Chinese and British embassies, both of which used custom cut monument tops that are very becoming of an embassy.
