Our state of the art powder coating facility gives our iron fences an edge over the competition. Manufacturing is a four step process which involves:
- Sand-blasting the material to a smooth finish
- Application of an anti-rust inhibiting sealer
- Treatment of the metal with a zinc rich primer for a high quality finish
- Application of a polyester finish coat, which offers 8-10 mils of protection
